This policy explains which personal data YS EVENTS (Show Event) collects through the website showevent.fr, the client area and the Show Event application, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect, and why

Who receives it
Only the Show Event team, and our technical service providers acting on our behalf: Meyado Studio (development and maintenance), IONOS (hosting, European Union), Brevo (sending emails), Google Firebase (application notifications), Pennylane (invoicing). WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland), for the conversations you choose to have with us on WhatsApp. Your data is never sold.
How long
- Requests that did not lead to a booking (contact form, “Plan my party”): 3 years after the last contact.
- Your event file (choices, music, appointments, documents, visuals, event-day details): 3 years after the event.
- Guest list and assigned gifts: deleted 3 months after the event (the stand keeps its figures, without names).
- Phone number left at the stand: deleted the day after the event.
- Quotes, contracts and invoices are kept as the company's history, to follow up with clients. You can ask at any time for your contact details to be deleted, subject to legal obligations (10 years for contracts and invoices).
- Notification token of the application: until the phone is signed out.
Cookies
The website only uses the cookies it needs to work (session, security, language choice). No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for it to be limited or transferred, by writing to contact@showevent.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Delete my data (Show Event website and app)
To ask for your data to be deleted, write to contact@showevent.fr from the e-mail address of your booking, with “Delete my data” and the name of the event. We confirm within 30 days.
- Deleted: your family space and access to the app, your contact details, your choices, your music, the big-day details, the guest list and gifts, and the notification identifier of your phones.
- Kept: quotes, contracts and invoices, for 10 years (legal obligation), with only the details they contain.
On a phone, “Sign out of this device” in the app immediately deletes its notification identifier.
